Welcome to Digit Relay. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Digit Relay website and services (the "Service"), operated by Digit Relay, Inc., a Texas corporation ("Digit Relay," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service — including purchasing the Port Protection Report — you agree to these Terms.
Digit Relay helps consumers prepare to transfer ("port") their phone number from one carrier to another. We provide information, tools, and a review of the details you enter, so you can submit your own port request to your new carrier correctly.
Important — what we do and don't do. Digit Relay guides and prepares you; you submit your own port request to your new carrier. We never submit a port on your behalf, and we are not a phone carrier. We do not have access to your carrier's private account records, and we cannot guarantee that any carrier will approve or complete your transfer — that decision belongs solely to the carriers involved.
Much of the Service is free, including comparing plans, finding deals, and building your porting packet. The Port Protection Report is an optional paid product ($9.99, one-time) that provides a deeper review of your entered details, guidance on matching your carrier's requirements, and a final pre-submission checklist.
When you purchase the Port Protection Report, we will re-check your entered details as many times as it takes, at no additional charge, until your packet is formatted correctly and ready to submit to your carrier. This guarantee applies to the correctness and formatting of your packet based on your carrier's documented requirements. It is not a guarantee that your carrier will approve or complete the port, which is outside our control.
Digit Relay may earn a commission when you switch to a carrier or purchase a plan through links on our site, at no extra cost to you. We aim to present deals honestly; carrier names and trademarks are used for identification only, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any carrier unless expressly stated.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Carrier requirements change frequently; while we work to keep our information accurate, we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digit Relay's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim (and for the Port Protection Report, will not exceed the $9.99 you paid). Digit Relay is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost or delayed phone service, missed communications, or a carrier's decision to reject or delay a transfer.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

The Port Protection Report is a digital product with instant access — the moment your payment is confirmed, the full report unlocks and is delivered to you immediately.
We stand behind your report with the Carrier-Ready Guarantee. Rather than offering refunds on an instantly-delivered digital product, we make it right: we will re-check and correct your details as many times as it takes, free, until your packet is formatted correctly and ready for your carrier. If something isn't right, we fix it — that's our commitment.
Since the value of the Port Protection Report is delivered in full at the moment of purchase, we do not typically offer refunds. Instead, the Carrier-Ready Guarantee ensures you get a correct, usable result — we keep working with you until your packet passes.
We believe in fairness. We will review refund requests in good faith and may issue a refund in cases such as:
If you believe you're entitled to a refund, or you're not satisfied with your report, email social@digitrelay.com and we'll work with you promptly.
Note: this Refund Policy covers the Port Protection Report purchased from Digit Relay. It does not cover charges by third parties, such as your phone carrier or a carrier you switch to through our links.
This Privacy Policy explains how Digit Relay, Inc. handles the information you provide when using the Service. We've designed Digit Relay to collect as little as possible and to treat your porting details with care.
To check your port, you may enter information such as your phone number, current carrier, account number, transfer PIN, IMEI, and billing ZIP. To generate your result, we transmit these details securely to our processing server, where they are used — only in that moment — to check your packet against your carrier's requirements.
We do not store your porting credentials. Your account number, transfer PIN, IMEI, and billing ZIP are processed in memory to produce your result and are then discarded — they are never written to a database, never saved to a file, and never written to our logs. Nothing about your account number or PIN is retained after your check finishes. We never sell or share these details, and we never use them for any purpose other than running the check you requested. We also never ask you to enter your Social Security number or full card number into Digit Relay.
All payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Your full card details are entered on Stripe's secure, PCI-compliant checkout and are handled entirely by Stripe — they never touch Digit Relay's servers. We receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded, not your card number. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Some features (like carrying your details from your free packet to the check page, or restoring your packet after you browse deals) store information temporarily in your own web browser using standard browser storage. This stays on your device, is not sent to us for storage, and clears when your browsing session ends.
Like most websites, our hosting and standard web tools may automatically collect limited technical information (such as your general location, browser type, and pages visited) to keep the site running and understand overall usage. This is not used to identify you personally.
You can use the free tools without purchasing anything. You can request information about the data associated with you, or ask us questions about your privacy, by emailing social@digitrelay.com.
The Service is intended for adults managing their own phone service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our Service evolves. The "Effective" date above reflects the latest version.
